IRAPP Graduate wins award

Josh Adkins, a 2004 graduate from Morehead State University in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Regional Analysis and Public Policy, was recently awarded the Best Student Paper award at the Kentucky Chapter of the Wildlife Society Meeting held at Rough River State Park.

Josh has just finished his MS in Forestry and will be working on a PhD in Biology at the University of Kentucky.
